Don Glanville has had extensive experience of over 36 years in research, implementation, marketing and management of real estate. Through his companies, Don provided real estate services to many leading international and local corporations; some of which are among the twenty (20) leading companies in the world.
Commercial Real Estate
Donald Glanville is a proven developer. In 1988 he developed the Princeville Commercial Centre (shown above) in Kingston, Jamaica. This is a unique multifaceted centre designed for the small entrepreneurs and young professionals. Princeville has 129 commercial units and is the home to many professional offices and occupational services.
Resort Properties
In 1985, Mr. Glanville conceptualized and published one of the most comprehensive marketing tools for Resort Properties – A Directory of Vacation Villas and Condominiums in Jamaica. This, he did through his Ontario, Canada based tour wholesale Company - Caribvac Holidays.

Member of the Advisory Planning Committee - former Ministry of Environment and Housing, Jamaica.
2003 to 2007
Appointed to serve on the Rent Assessment Board as a Deputy Chairperson.
Mr. Glanville has been tracking the performance of Jamaica’s Real Estate market since 1975, and in 1990, he began presenting annual reviews for publications. [Publications] These articles were written over 15 years ago, and today, is proof that the forecasts have been accurate.
He has written and presented several papers at many International Real Estate Congresses and Investment Seminars.
He is in demand as speaker; a participant at Congresses and Conferences throughout the world, countries such as Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
In 1995, Don chaired the World Congress of the International Real Estate Institute in London. [Gleaner article] He became President of the IREI based in Scottsdale, Arizona, U.S.A. in 1996.
